Yes we deliver to all corners to the world.
Delivery to Ireland is next working. Delivery to the UK and mainland Europe takes between two and five working days. For deliveries to America and Canada this can take up to ten working days. Please allow extra time when you are purchasing as although we do our best to ensure quick delivery dates we are not responsible for postal systems failures.
You can cancel an order up to the point that it leaves the building. On leaving the building the sale will have gone through and the item will have been despatched by us. Simply pop it back in the post to us within 14 days and we’ll give you a full refund.

Without a doubt it is safe! We use PayPal as our payment processors who protect your name, address and card details. Combine that with some of the best encryption standards available and in the unlikely case of someone else intercepting the information between your computer and our website it makes the information extremely difficult to read.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund or exchange (excluding return delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us at info@bacc.comor by telephone on +353 (877538260) and we will organise a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment and will be made without undue delay on our part.
If you are unable to find a particular style you want please contact us directly at customer care on +353 (877538260) or info@bacc.com. We will do our utmost to find it for you. HOW CAN I SPEED UP MY RETURN? If you are in a hurry to receive an exchange or to receive a refund we suggest that you send the garment back to us, in the original packaging and unworn by express courier or express postal service. Please retain your proof of postage until you receive your refund/exchange. Alternatively when exchanging an item we suggest that you return your original item for refund and order the replacement item on a new order from us. This way you will not have to wait for our team to process the return on to our systems. However you will have to pay for the new order and await your refund on your original item.
As soon as the product is checked and received by our team your refund is immediately processed. Usually within five working days the money is refunded to your account. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Please note that until we receive your return the items are your responsibility. You should ensure that the garments are appropriately packaged. We also recommend that you use insured and traceable post services. We will not issue refunds on returns which are not saleable or violate our terms and conditions. Please note if you are returning an item which was in a box, such as footwear or a watch, please do not mark or damage the products box. Please ensure this box is protected by an outer box when sending it back to us. It must be returned in satisfactory condition. If not this will be seen as a breach in the terms and conditions and the product will be returned to you at your cost. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you have received the benefit of free delivery on your original order we reserve the right to charge you for delivery on an exchange order. However if you are returning a faulty item we cover the cost of delivery. Please see below.
Due to human nature faulty items do occasionally occur. Please return the item to us with your returns form. If you have misplaced the form please click on the link here. Please enclose a receipt of your postal charges up to the cost of the original postage on your order maybe refunded.

It is your responsibility to return the items to us. We recommend that you use a postal method which is insured and traceable. We also recommend that you retain your proof of postage until the item has been refunded or exchange. In the case of exchanges please include a copy of your receipt of postal charges up to the cost of the original postage on your order maybe refunded.

There is no requirement for you to contact us prior to returning the item. Please be aware that we are unable to accept items which are outside of our returns period.
